There has been a fatal attack on Nagar Panchayat President, representative and Idgah Committee Chairman Ahsan Aziz in Malihabad, capital Lucknow. According to the information, Ahsan Aziz, who had come to inspect and clean Idgah in Garhi Sanjar Khan, was attacked by miscreants. During this, two rounds were fired at his car. It is being told that about a dozen people attacked together.
Ahsan Aziz narrowly escaped in this firing, after this incident there is an atmosphere of tension in the area. Thousands of people are gathering at Malihabad police station demanding strict action against the accused. It is being told that there are many people of criminal nature including history-sheeters in the family of the attackers and many cases are already registered against them. It is alleged that the wall of Idgah and the government stone were also damaged.
More than a dozen accused attacked
According to the complaint given to the police, the victim Ahsan Khan had gone to the Eidgah in village Garhinderaj at around 04:30 to see the cleaning work for Namaz. Meanwhile, Munna son of Kalam, Sonu son of Munna, Shadab son of Munna, Aleem son of Kalim and 10-15 other unknown people present there beat him up.
The accused opened fire and took out Rs 30,000 from his pocket.
In the complaint given to the police, the victim Ahsan Khan has alleged that the accused Sonu and Shadab’s son Munna also fired from the weapon. The bullet of the accused did not hit the victim. It was told that the accused assaulted the victim and injured him. Also took out about Rs 30,000 from his pocket.
Police registered a case and started searching for the accused.
At present, in this case the police have registered FIR No. 0052/2026 at Malihabad police station and are taking necessary legal action by registering a case under sections 191(2), 191(3), 352, 109 BNS. Police said that advance investigation and other necessary action is underway in relation to the incident and necessary action is being taken by the police team to arrest the accused.
