The company gave a dividend of Rs 3.25
Power Finance Corporation has announced a dividend of Rs 3.25 per equity share for its shareholders. Which is equal to about 32.50 percent on the face value of Rs 10.
This means that the company will pay investors according to the number of shares they hold. Besides, TDS will also be applied on this. Due to which the final amount coming into the investors’ account may be slightly less.
What is the record date?
Power Finance Corporation has fixed the date for this dividend as 23 March 2026. That is, only those shareholders whose names are included in the company list till this date will be given the benefit of dividend.
When will the dividend money come?
According to Power Finance Corporation, investors whose names will be in the list of eligible shareholders till the record date. The dividend amount will be transferred to their account by 16 April 2026. This means that after the record date, you will not have to wait long for payment and you will get the money within the stipulated time.
Company’s performance in stock market
There was a rise in the company’s shares on BSE on Wednesday’s trading day. Company shares closed at Rs 431.95 with a rise of 3.39 percent or Rs 14.15. The intraday high of the day was Rs 434.90.
