Sanjay Raut was arrested by ED
Raut was arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in 2022 in a case related to money laundering. After being released on bail, the Shiv Sena (UBT) leader wrote a book in Marathi titled ‘Narkatla Swarg’ on his experiences in Mumbai’s Arthur Road jail, which was published last year.
Without giving details, Raut told ‘PTI-Bhasha’, “There is a chapter on Dhankhar in the revised (English) version. There are five-six more examples of people arrested by central agencies.
The book will be released on March 23
The English version of the Shiv Sena (UBT) leader’s book ‘Unlikely Paradise’ will be released on March 23 in New Delhi. The book will be released by Rajya Sabha members Kapil Sibal, Sanjay Singh, Derek O’Brien and Jaya Bachchan. Former Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will also attend the book release ceremony. There is no reaction from BJP or its allies on Sanjay Raut’s claims yet.
