The IPO of Amir Chand Jagdish Kumar Exports is a completely fresh issue. Investors can place their bets in the company from March 24. The issues will be available for investment till March 27. The company is going to try to raise about Rs 440 crore through its IPO.
Under this, about 2.08 crore new shares will be issued. The company has fixed the price band between Rs 201 to Rs 212 per share for this. The responsibility of management of this issue rests with MK Global Financial Services.
Powerika IPO
Investors can also place their bets in Powerica IPO from 24th to 27th March. The issue is worth about Rs 1,100 crore. Talking about the price band of shares, it has been fixed by the company between Rs 375 to Rs 395.
Fresh shares worth about Rs 700 crore will be issued under the issue. The remaining Rs 400 crore has been kept in reserve under the offer for sale.
sai parenteral ipo
Investors will get time from March 24 to March 27 to invest in this issue. In which investors can place their bids. This IPO of Sai Parenteral, related to the pharma sector, is worth a total of Rs 408.79 crore.
Which includes fresh issue as well as Offer for Sale (OFS). For this the company has fixed the price band of Rs 372 to Rs 392 per share.
