OnlyFans founder Leonid Radvinsky has died at the age of 43. He was battling cancer for a long time. An OnlyFans spokesperson said, ‘We are very sad to announce the death of Leonid Radvinsky. He died after a long battle with cancer. Ukrainian-American businessman Leonid Radvinsky acquired OnlyFans’ parent company Fenix International Limited in 2018.
Radwinski also ran a venture capital fund named Leo, which he founded in 2009. It mainly focuses on investing in technology related companies. Radwinski, who was known to stay away from public life, played a key role in turning OnlyFans into one of the most talked-about digital platforms in recent years.
Covid-19 pandemic had increased in popularity
OnlyFans, founded in 2016 by British entrepreneur Tim Stokely, grew in popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic. According to a report by news agency Reuters in January, OnlyFans was considering selling most of its stake to investment firm Architect Capital. In this deal, the value of the company was estimated at around 5.5 billion dollars including debt.
The company reported more than 46 lakh creators and approximately 37 crore users in 2024, generating $14 billion in revenue. OnlyFans usually takes a 20 percent commission on revenue from subscriptions and content sales.

According to Forbes report, Leonid Radvinsky had an estimated net worth of $4.7 billion at the time of his death. He was ranked 869th globally and 181st in the 2025 Forbes 400 list of America’s richest people. The bulk of his wealth came from OnlyFans, from which he earned around $1.8 billion by the beginning of 2025.
