Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan had arrived as the chief guest at the tribute program on the 30th death anniversary of late Omprakash Paswan, former MLA of Maniram Assembly constituency, at Bhimrao Ambedkar Girls Inter College, Jungle Kaudiya Sihorwa in Gorakhpur on Wednesday, March 25.

If we want to see the synonym of development in the country today, its best example is Uttar Pradesh. Under the guidance of the Prime Minister, the successful Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh Yogi Adityanath and the BJP government have created a new definition of development.
He said that today Uttar Pradesh is leading in many areas and I also remember those days when we used to come to Gorakhpur, it used to be difficult to pass through the roads. There were potholes, water, mud and stink. The plight of entire Uttar Pradesh happened during the SP rule. Uttar Pradesh had become hell. There was fear, terror and corruption. Now the fear has ended.

On the question of inauguration of Jewar Airport by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has created the story of development in the entire country. He created a new history of public service in 44 years.
Shivraj further said that his every breath was for the service of the people. He did public welfare work under adverse circumstances. Today they are fortunate that they came to his tribute meeting and paid their respects at his feet. He left very quickly. Today his son Kamlesh Paswan is the minister of his department and his younger son Dr. Vimlesh Paswan is the MLA from Bansgaon and is serving the public. He once again pays homage at the feet of late Om Prakash Paswan.
