Bihar Public Service Commission has issued a new notification for recruitment in Judicial Service. Under this recruitment, a total of 173 posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) will be filled. Eligible candidates can apply online till 30th April. There are a total of 173 posts in this recruitment, which are divided into different categories. 69 posts have been kept for General Category, 17 for EWS, 28 for SC and 2 for ST. Whereas 36 posts have been kept for Extremely Backward Class (EBC) and 21 for Backward Class (BC). In this way, seats have been distributed keeping all the classes in mind.
What qualification is required?
The candidate applying for this post must have LLB degree from a recognized university. Apart from this, the candidate must have at least three years of experience as a lawyer. This experience must be certified, which must be attested by a competent authority or an experienced advocate. The experience of candidates who have worked as law clerk may also be considered.
age limit
The minimum age of the candidates has been fixed at 22 years. The maximum age for male candidates of general category is 35 years. Whereas women and reserved category candidates have been given relaxation in the maximum age, which can be up to 40 years. All rules related to age limit will be applicable as per the official guidelines.

How much will the application fee cost?
The application fee for this recruitment has been kept very low, so that more and more candidates can apply. Candidates of all categories will have to pay a fee of approximately Rs 100 equally. This fee will be deposited through online medium.
selection process
The selection process will be completed in several phases. First of all, preliminary examination will be conducted, in which objective questions will be asked. Successful candidates in this examination will get a chance to appear in the main examination. The main examination consists of written papers, which include some compulsory and some optional subjects. After this the successful candidates will be called for interview. Final selection will be done on the basis of interview and document verification.
