The victim disclosed
The victim revealed that the accused Raza had given the name of the player. The victim woman told the police in her statement that Raza Menon had given her the nickname ‘Player’. Whenever I came to office, he used to call me only ‘Player’. Says, ‘What’s going on, player?’ Are you not able to manage your work? If you are having any problems, just let me know.
She told that on the day of Gudi Padwa in March this year, Raza had pulled her saree. The victim claimed, “I had come wearing a saree. When I was passing through the lobby, right in front of the pantry, I felt someone pulled my pallu. When I looked back, I found that my pallu was in Raza’s hand. I immediately yanked my pallu and pulled it back, upon which he gave me a dirty look and smiled.
‘He used to come and sit near me again and again’
The victim told the police that, during this time, Asif Ansari, who was an employee of another team, would repeatedly come and sit near her. Even though there were no vacant seats. After this, he would deliberately hold her hand. He would also try to touch other parts of the body and sometimes make dirty comments. Once he said, ‘You have zero figure.’

The victim said that after this, he messaged her on LinkedIn, but she was ignored there too. Apart from this, the victim claimed that Asif made objectionable comments about Hindu deities. The woman said that when she objected to this, he threatened her of dire consequences at work.

Women employees working as an associate in the Nashik unit of TCS were taunted like ‘player’, ‘zero figure’. Along with this, he also used to make lewd comments about Hindu Gods and Goddesses.
