Iran has said that it is ready to share its defense weapons capabilities with independent countries, especially the member countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO). This statement has come at a time when there is tension and war situation between America and Iran in the region. On the other hand, former US President Donald Trump has expressed disagreement with Iran’s recent proposal, which has dealt a blow to the hopes of peace talks.
Offer to share weapons to SCO countries
Iran’s Deputy Defense Minister Reza Talai-Nik said on Tuesday that Iran is ready to share its military and defense experiences with SCO countries. He said that the “experience” gained against America can be shared with other countries of the organization.
Claim of conflict against America-Israel
Iran said it recently used drones and missile attacks in conflicts with the US and Israel. Iran claimed that it targeted US military bases and Israeli positions in the region, and also shot down US drones in its airspace. Talai-Nik made this statement during the meeting of SCO defense ministers held in the capital of Kyrgyzstan. He said that Iran wants to strengthen defense cooperation with the member countries of the organization.

Talks with Russia and Belarus
Iranian officials have also recently held talks with defense officials of Russia and Belarus. These countries have expressed their desire to continue cooperation with Iran. Although a temporary ceasefire is currently in force on the war, efforts to end this two-month-long conflict are still stuck.
Trump expressed displeasure over Iran’s proposal
According to a US official, President Donald Trump is not satisfied with Iran’s recent proposal. This proposal talks about discussing nuclear issues only after ending the war and resolving the shipping dispute in the Persian Gulf.
