BCCI has announced Team India for the only test to be held against England. This red ball match between the women’s teams of India and England will be played between 10th and 13th July at Lord’s ground in London. Harmanpreet Kaur has been made the captain for the match, while the responsibility of vice-captain has been entrusted to Smriti Mandhana.

Fast bowler Nandini Sharma and left arm spinner N Sri Charani have been included in the 15-member squad. Nandani has not made her international debut yet. On the other hand, Mr. Charani has not played a single test for India.

Sneh Rana, Harleen Deol and Pratika Rawal have returned to the team. All three players have not been included in the World Cup squad. Apart from this, wicketkeeper batsman Yastika Bhatia, who was out for a long time due to injury, has also returned.
