Before the match against RCB, there was a lot of discussion that Surya would not play the next match for Mumbai due to becoming a father. Talking about the return of Hardik and Surya, a Mumbai Indians spokesperson in the press conference before the match said, “Hardik’s investigation is ongoing and he will keep giving us updates on his progress. Surya is coming tomorrow.”
This somehow makes it clear that it is almost certain that Surya will play against RCB tomorrow. However, it seems difficult for Hardik to play. If Hardik does not play, then Suryakumar will be seen taking command of the team. Now it will be interesting to see how Mumbai’s playing 11 is against Bengaluru.
