This pair has jointly reached the top in terms of maximum number of century partnerships as an opening pair by any team. Before this, the pair of David Warner-Shikhar Dhawan and Abhishek Sharma-Travis Head had made century partnerships 6-6 times as openers for Sunrisers Hyderabad.
