In the 52nd match of IPL 2026, Rajasthan Royals won the toss and decided to bowl first. Gujarat Titans team will come out to bat first at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium in Jaipur. Yashasvi Jaiswal is today the captain of Rajasthan Royals. For the first time he has got captaincy in IPL. Riyan Parag is out of the team. There have been changes in the playing eleven of both the teams Rajasthan and Gujarat.
15 year old explosive batsman Vaibhav Suryavanshi is not a part of the playing eleven of Rajasthan Royals. However, he can be seen as an impact player. Shimron Hetmyer has returned in place of Riyan Parag. Ravi Bishnoi is also not playing. Shimron Hetmyer, Donovan Ferreira, Dasun Shanaka and Joffra Archer are foreign players from Rajasthan. Jos Buttler, Jason Holder, Rashid Khan and Kagiso Rabada are the foreign players of Gujarat.
After the toss, Gujarat Titans captain Ryan Parag said, “We want to bowl first. I think the wicket is very good. Ryan Parag has a hamstring injury, he will return soon. Hetty (Shimron Hetmyer) is coming to bat. I am very excited. Eagerly waiting for the match.”
After the toss, Rajasthan Royals captain Shubman Gill said, “We also wanted to bowl first. Prasidh Krishna has returned in place of Manav Suthar. I think it is important to focus on our strengths.
