On the other hand, Bogo Singh alleged that there is good governance but slippers are being worn out for an MLA to meet a minister. We were trying to meet the Health Minister for 22 hours. We were engaged since yesterday (Tuesday) morning. We also went to the residence, but did not meet. In the end I had to go to the public court. You can see how embarrassed an MLA is to meet a minister.

Bogo Singh said that we had built a hospital in the name of his (Nitish) parents after taking orders from the then Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in our assembly constituency. We donated land worth two crores and built the sub-health centre. There are no doctors there right now. There is a six bed hospital. Chaff is kept in it. Cattle sit.
