According to some reports, SpaceX has also submitted IPO documents to the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on May 20, 2026. It is believed that this could be one of the largest IPOs in the world. The company is preparing to raise around $75 billion and its valuation is being estimated at around $1.75 trillion.
Tesla and SpaceX will be one
According to CNBC reports, Elon Musk has discussed merging Tesla and SpaceX with people close to him. However, it has not been officially confirmed or announced yet. It has also been said in the report that both the companies already share many resources. Some Tesla employees believe that the coming together of the two companies has been a topic of discussion for a long time.

The collaboration between these two companies is considered quite interesting.
