How will this battery work?
Traditional rechargeable batteries use liquid and gel electrolyte to transfer electrons between the electrodes. At the same time, solid state batteries work on a different technology, where a solid matrix made of composite compound is used. Materials like ceramic, sulphide and polymers are used in these batteries, due to which the risk of fire is significantly reduced.
