The Board received a total of more than 3.8 lakh requests for checking, verification and revaluation of answer sheets. The Board says that there was a lot of traffic on the portal during the application process, but despite this, services were provided to the students and most of the applications were filed successfully.

What was the reason for ‘Roll Number Not Found’?

During the re-evaluation process, the most discussed issue was ‘Roll Number Not Found’. Many students complained about this on social media and other platforms. On this CBSE clarified that this was not a technical glitch. According to the board, only those students were eligible for the next stage of re-evaluation and verification, who had applied to obtain the scanned copy or photocopy of their evaluated answer sheets in the first stage. Students who had not applied in the first stage were not considered eligible for the next stage in the system. Only such students saw the message ‘Roll Number Not Found’.

Facilities will continue to help students
