Rajya Sabha MP Nitish Kumar (Nitish Kumar) Nishant Kumar, son of and health minister in Bihar government (Nishant Kumar) Politics continues on educational qualification. RJD had surrounded regarding B.Tech. It was said that Nitish Kumar’s son, whom people never tired of calling him an engineer, turned out to be 12th pass. Meanwhile, Nishant Kumar himself has reacted.

When Nishant Kumar appeared before the media on Wednesday (June 10, 2026), the journalists questioned his B.Tech. Started asking whether he should say something on this but Nishant Kumar remained silent after listening to the questions. He did not react in any way.

Nishant Kumar gave a rote statement

On the other hand, the guards in PMCH are beating each other every day. There is a dispute regarding parking. When the media asked questions on this, Nishant Kumar said that action will be taken against whoever is guilty. Nishant Kumar left after giving such a rote statement.

Nishant did not complete his engineering studies

Let us tell you that Nishant Kumar has not completed his B.Tech studies. According to the election affidavit, he had passed the 12th examination from Patna Science College in the year 1998. After this he enrolled in Bachelor of Engineering course at Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra, Ranchi. However, Nishant Kumar did not complete the course. Only five out of eight semesters were completed. Left studies in the year 2001.

Congress attacked JDU

After RJD, Congress has also attacked in this matter. Bihar Congress spokesperson Dr. Snehasish Vardhan said, “Agha was not calling Nishant Kumar an JDU engineer… Now Nishant has mentioned in his election affidavit that he did not complete his studies after the fifth semester… which is a matter of concern. Janata Dal United has misled the public with false facts, it should apologize to the people of Bihar.”

He further said, “The cultivation of lies has become common in Janata Dal United also after the alliance with BJP. Now Nishant Kumar’s name has also been added to the long list of degree-thief leaders in NDA. He has failed in his first examination as Health Minister and now it remains to be seen how much the 12th pass Health Minister will be able to improve the poor health system of Bihar in the future because doubts over his ability have now become common.”
