Three commercial LPG cylinders exploded in a massive fire that broke out on Sunday (June 14) morning at the Punjabi Tadka restaurant located near Kalkaji-Govindpuri flyover in Delhi. After receiving information about the fire, several fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and relief and rescue operations were started. Firefighters safely pulled out 70-75-year-old Sita Devi from the second floor of the building.
It is reported that this building has a basement, ground floor and three floors along with a temporary structure built on the roof of the third floor. According to the fire department, the fire has been controlled to a great extent, while the cooling operation is still going on. There is no information about any other casualty in the incident. The cause of the fire is being investigated.
