Bollywood actress Disha Patani is often in the news on social media. This time he is not in the news for his looks or film but for an investment. The actress has recently given her luxury apartment located in the posh Khar West area of Mumbai on rent. According to the property registration document, the initial monthly rent of this flat has been fixed at Rs 2.85 lakh, from which the actress is expected to earn good income in the coming time.
Disha Patani gave the apartment on rent
This apartment of Disha Patani is in the premium residential tower Rustomjee Paramount located in Khar West. Under this lease agreement registered on June 1, 2026, the flat has been given on rent for 24 months. According to the documents, it is spread over an area of more than 1000 square feet and is located on the top floor of an apartment building. It has been given on rent to Kamlaben Mangalbhai Gujar under leave and license agreement.
The tenant has deposited a security deposit of Rs 8.55 lakh, which is equal to three months’ rent. At the same time, according to the agreement, there will be an increase of 5 percent in the rent after the first year, due to which the monthly rent will increase to around Rs 2.99 lakh in the second year.

Considering the increase in rent and agreement, Disha Patni will be able to earn around Rs 71 lakh from this 24-month lease. However, no official statement has come out from Disha Patani or the tenant on this entire matter. According to media reports, an attempt was made to contact both of them, but no comment could be received from their side.
Disha Patani’s upcoming film
Talking about work front, Disha Patani is going to be seen in the upcoming film Welcome to the Jungle. Veteran stars like Akshay Kumar, Raveena Tandon, Jacqueline Fernandes, Arshad Warsi, Lara Dutta, Johnny Leverra, Rajpal Yadav and Paresh Rawal will be seen making waves in the film.
