
After escaping the horrific incident of Lakshagriha, Pandavas reached Ekachakra city with their mother Kunti. To hide his identity he disguised himself as an ordinary Brahmin. A kind Brahmin gave him shelter in his house, where he lived peacefully and started a new life.

In Ekachakra, Pandavas used to earn their living by begging alms every day. Kunti used to distribute whatever food she got among all the brothers. Bhima was given more food because his strength was extraordinary. Despite difficult circumstances, Pandavas were living their days with patience and restraint.
