Relief news has emerged for thousands of candidates going to appear for the police recruitment examination. In view of the increasing crowd and travel problems during the examination, East Central Railway has made special preparations. Now the candidates will not have to completely depend on normal trains to reach the examination center, because the Railways has decided to operate additional examination special trains.
Facility provided by 19 special trains in the first phase
For the convenience of the candidates appearing in the first phase of the examination on June 14, 2026, Railways had run a total of 19 examination special trains. Through these trains, a large number of candidates were helped to reach the examination center on time. Of these, Danapur division operated 12 trains, while Samastipur division ran 7 special trains. This arrangement gave a lot of relief to the candidates from crowd and travel related problems.
Railways increased preparations for the second phase
Now in view of the second phase of examination, Railways has further strengthened the preparations. More than 30 examination special trains are being operated on 16th June and 17th June 2026 to provide ease of travel to the candidates coming from different districts and cities. The aim of the Railways is not only to run additional trains but also to reach the candidates to their examination center in a timely and organized manner.
Focus will be on reducing crowd during examination days
During recruitment examinations, the number of passengers suddenly increases on trains and stations. In such a situation, the arrangement of special trains can prove to be of great help to the candidates. This will reduce the pressure on normal trains and the candidates will get better travel options. This step is also expected to reduce the uncertainty of traveling on the exam day. Before going for the exam, candidates must check the timings and platform information of the train. Also keep the admit card and identity card ready in advance. If the journey is long then it would be better to leave before time so that any delay does not affect the exam.
