The wait for lakhs of candidates who appeared in the Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2026 may end soon. National Testing Agency (NTA) may soon release the results of CUET UG 2026. Before the declaration of the result, the agency will release the final answer key, on the basis of which the final scores of the candidates will be prepared.
NTA had released the provisional answer key of CUET UG 2026 on 9 June 2026. Along with this, candidates were also given the opportunity to lodge objections on the answer key. The last date for filing objections was 11 June 2026. Now the agency is preparing to release the final answer after reviewing the objections received. The result will be prepared on the basis of this final answer key.
When will CUET UG Result 2026 come?
Although NTA has not yet announced the official date of release of the result, but looking at the trends of previous years, it is believed that the result of CUET UG 2026 can be released in the last week of June or the first week of July 2026. Candidates have been advised to keep an eye on the official website.
Check these information in the scorecard
After downloading the result, candidates should carefully check all the information entered in their scorecard. This will include candidate’s name, roll number, father’s name, subject wise marks, total score, percentile, photo, signature and category related information. In case of any error, you can immediately contact the concerned authorities.
There will be no objection on the final answer key
The final answer key released by NTA will be final. Once the final answer key is published, candidates will not get an opportunity to raise objections on it. The final result will be prepared on the basis of this revised answer key.

According to previous years’ data, candidates scoring 900 or more marks have better chances of getting admission in top universities. 700 to 850 marks are considered a good score, while 600 to 700 marks fall in the average category. However, the actual admission will depend on the cutoff and seat availability of the respective universities.
Many universities including BHU will release cutoff soon
After the declaration of CUET result, various central and state universities will release their respective cutoff lists. Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Delhi University (DU), Allahabad University and other institutes will start the admission process on the basis of CUET score. Candidates should keep checking the official website of the respective universities for regular updates.
How to download CUET UG 2026 scorecard
For this, first of all you have to go to the official website cuet.nta.nic.in. After this you have to click on CUET UG Result 2026 link. After logging in by entering the application number, password and captcha code, the scorecard will appear on the screen. Candidates can also keep a printout of it for future admission process.
