According to CRE Matrix, Preity Zinta has taken a luxurious apartment on rent in Pali Hill, Bandra (West), Mumbai. The actress will pay rent of Rs 6 lakh every month for this house for one year. Whereas in the second year (13th month to 24th month) the rent will increase to Rs 6 lakh 50 thousand. Preeti has also deposited a security of Rs 2 lakh 70 thousand for this house. The area of his flat is 1500 square feet while the parking area is 100 square feet.
Preeti had sold the Pali Hill bungalow in March 2026.
Earlier, Preity Zinta had sold her bungalow in Pali Hill for crores in March 2026. According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, Preity Zinta had sold an apartment in Pali Hill, Bandra area of Mumbai for Rs 18.50 crore. This apartment was allotted to the actress in April 2025 after the redevelopment of her old building. Whereas in November 2025, Preeti had sold a 1474 square feet apartment on the 11th floor of Rustomjee Parihar Building for more than Rs 14 crore.
