‘He will return as my grandson…’, Shekhar Suman became emotional remembering his late son Ayush, made this big claim

Famous Bollywood actor Shekhar Suman recently talked about the most painful phase of his life in an interview. Shekhar’s elder son Ayush died in 1995 due to a serious heart disease called ‘Endomyocardial Fibrosis’. At that time Ayush was only 11 years old. This painful incident had deeply shocked Shekhar Suman and his entire family and they were completely broken. Now Shekhar has spoken openly about the illness and demise of his son Ayush Suman.

Shekhar Suman said this
Shekhar Suman said in an interview to Leharen Retro, ‘My father was a doctor. Ayush came and sat on his lap and while he was looking at him like this, he said Shekhar, come here. His liver seems slightly enlarged. When you go back to Mumbai, get it checked. It may be nothing, but don’t ignore it.

there was silence
After this Shekhar Suman got his son’s tests done. During examination, doctors told that Ayush is suffering from ‘endomyocardial fibrosis’. Shekhar said, ‘This is a very rare heart disease. Test after test and we found out that he had heart fibrosis, a one in a billion disease. When I told Papa about the illness on the phone, there was complete silence. He just said, Oh God.

‘He will come back as my grandson’
Shekhar Suman says, ‘The pain of losing my son troubles me even today. I’ve talked about it many times, but I’ll never be able to get over it. Every day we talk about him, see his pictures and remember him. During the conversation, Shekhar claimed that Ayush would now return as his grandson.

When the wife heard the son’s voice
Shekhar Suman told that he still feels the presence of his son. He mentioned an incident when he had gone to Kashi Vishwanath Temple in Banaras with his wife Alka. Shekhar Suman told that when he was campaigning during the 2009 elections, Alka called him. Before she could explain her problem, he immediately asked if she had met Ayush. Shekhar said, ‘She was surprised and asked how I came to know. He told his wife, ‘After going to the temple, someone came to him asking for money. When he gave him a small amount of money, the man said in exactly Ayush’s voice and style, “What will happen to me with this much?” Ayush often used to say this at home when doctors restricted his food intake and he was given less food.

‘I can hear his voice’
Shekhar Suman further said, ‘Alka was surprised. They immediately searched for the person, but he had disappeared. Many priests and astrologers had told us that one day Ayush would give us some sign. Alka is sure that it was him. We feel that he is still with us. Many people have predicted that Ayush will return to the family in some other form one day. We are told that he will return as Adhyayan’s son. We are waiting for that moment. I really feel that he is around us. I can hear his voice.
