LPG Rate Today on June 20: Today, on Saturday, June 20, the price of 14.2 kg domestic LPG cylinder is Rs 942 in different cities of the country. In the month of June, its price was increased by Rs 29 per cylinder. Similarly, the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder used in hotels, restaurants and dhabas was also increased from Rs 42 to Rs 53.50 this month. Earlier in May, a historic increase of Rs 993 had been made in the prices. With this, its price in Delhi has now reached Rs 3113.50 per cylinder.

Supply continues despite tension
Meanwhile, according to an update released by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas on Thursday, about 1.47 crore domestic LPG cylinders were delivered in the last three days, while new bookings for about 1.36 crore cylinders were made during the same period. Despite disruptions in the supply chain due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, normal supply of cooking gas to households across the country continues.
People are advised not to make panic buying of petrol, diesel and LPG, beware of rumors and rely on government sources for correct information. LPG customers are requested to use the digital booking platform and avoid visiting the distributor. The statement issued by the government said, “All the refineries are working at full capacity with abundant stock of crude oil and adequate stock of petrol and diesel is also being maintained. Local production of LPG in the refineries has also been increased to meet the domestic consumption.”
