Shilpa Shetty told the real mantra of fitness, stay healthy with yoga and right eating habits

In this special conversation, Shilpa Shetty shared her views on yoga, fitness and good lifestyle on the occasion of International Yoga Day. He said that for him yoga is not just an exercise but a part of life. According to him, yoga not only strengthens the body but also changes the way of thinking.

Shilpa Shetty also cleared many misconceptions related to fitness. He said that it is not right to skip meals, completely remove fat from food or rely only on supplements and injections to lose weight. He especially advised women above 35 years of age to take essential nutrients like Omega-3, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D3 and Creatine.

He said that being fit not only means looking good but also feeling happy, energetic and mentally healthy. According to Shilpa Shetty, a balance of yoga, pranayam and light weight training is very important for good health. During the conversation, he also mentioned his favorite sweets and his love for the delicious food of Delhi.
