Aam Aadmi Party’s Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has written a letter to the chairman of the Special Investigation Team probing this case. The AAP MP has demanded an investigation alleging theft of offerings and scam in the purchase of land by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.

AAP MP Sanjay Singh has requested for investigation into several land transactions around Ram temple in Ayodhya. He claimed that some properties were bought by the trust at very high prices after acquisition. AAP MP wrote a letter to SIT

Sanjay Singh, in a letter written to the SIT, said that due to the scam done by the Trust in the Ram temple of Ayodhya, the faith of crores of Hindus of the country has been hurt. Recently, in this theft, the names of Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Trust General Secretary Champat Rai, Anil Mishra, Gopal Rao and Tinnu Yadav have come into discussion due to the theft of offering.

The AAP MP claimed that this is not an ordinary theft. Even before this, a scam worth crores of rupees has been done in the land purchased in the name of Lord Shri Ram. He had presented all the evidence related to this in front of the government, administration and media, on which no action was taken by the government.

Saints of Ayodhya do not trust the SIT investigation of Ram temple offering theft, raised serious questions on these officials

Allegation of scam in purchase and sale of land

Sanjay Singh wrote – In the year 2021, Trust General Secretary Champat Rai bought land worth Rs 2 crore from Sultan Ansari and Ravi Mohan Tiwari for Rs 18.5 crore. I had complained about this to the police station in Ayodhya, on which no action has been taken till date. Similarly, land worth about 3 crores was purchased from Mahant Murli Das for about 24 crores, land worth 9 crores was purchased from Alok Bansal for about 55.5 crores. Apart from this, I have many such land documents in which there is evidence of the trust being corrupt.

He has also attached many documents of the land scam with the letter to the SIT team. Sanjay Singh also mentioned this in the letter and wrote – Documents of about 11 land scams by the Trust are attached to the letter. Please take cognizance of these and investigate the matter thoroughly and take strict action against the culprits.
