If Vaibhav gets a chance in his first T20, he will break Sachin Tendulkar’s record. Sachin made his international debut for India at the age of 16 years and 205 days, while Vaibhav is still 15 years old.

This record is currently held in the name of Shefali Verma, who played her first international match for India at the age of 15. As soon as Vaibhav makes his debut, he can become a player representing India at an even younger age.

Washington Sundar currently holds the record for making the youngest debut for India in T20 International cricket. He played his first T20 International at the age of 18 years and 80 days. Vaibhav can also make this record in his name.

If Vaibhav scores a half-century in his debut match itself, he will break Rohit Sharma’s record. Rohit scored his first T20 international half-century at the age of 20 years and 143 days.
5. India’s youngest T20I centurion
If Vaibhav is successful in scoring a century in the debut match, he will leave behind Yashasvi Jaiswal’s record. Yashasvi scored his first T20 International century at the age of 21 years and 279 days.
6. World’s youngest T20 International centurion
Vaibhav will also have a chance to make a world record. If he scores a century against Ireland, Kushal Malla’s record will be broken. This batsman from Nepal had scored a T20 International century at the age of 19 years and 206 days.
