According to police sources, due to the case diary prepared, Khan sir i.e. Faizal Khan may get into a lot of trouble. The police have made a big disclosure in their case diary regarding weapon verification. Now questions have been raised on the permit of the weapon with which the firing took place.
It has been claimed in the case diary that the weapon of Khan Sir’s bodyguard Talebar Singh was without a valid permit in Bihar. According to sources, the police has also expressed objection to the use of weapon by the second bodyguard Pradeep Kumar. In the updated case diary, the police have recorded many important points on both the weapons.
Next hearing on Faizal Khan and his guard case on June 30
Now the next hearing in the court regarding the case of Faizal Khan and his guard is on June 30 and the discussion is intense, the court can take an important decision in this matter. After the stone pelting on Khan Coaching, Gyan Bindu founder Roshan Anand was arrested by the police and sent to jail, while Khan Sir got bail in this case and his arrest was also stayed by the court.
Khan Sir’s two guards were arrested on charges of firing.
However, two guards of Faizal Khan alias Khan Sir were arrested in this case. The police had caught both the security guards on June 4. Both the guards were arrested on the basis of a viral video, in which they were seen firing. The weapons were also confiscated and sent for forensic examination. Now there is a strong discussion that Faizal Khan’s problems may increase after the hearing to be held on June 30.
