There is good news for the candidates looking for a job. Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited applications for direct recruitment to various posts in many ministries and departments of the Central Government. The online application process has started from 27th June 2026 and interested candidates can apply till 17th July 2026.
According to the notification issued by UPSC, recruitment will be done on many posts through this recruitment. In this recruitment, you will get a chance to get a job not just in one department, but in different ministries of the Central Government. Therefore, candidates having different educational qualifications and experience can apply for the posts as per their convenience.
Under this recruitment drive, posts like Joint Director in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, Medical Officer/Research Officer (Siddha) in the Ministry of AYUSH, Aeronautical Officer and Legal Officer in the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Company Prosecutor in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Deputy Superintending Archaeologist in the Archaeological Survey of India (ASI), Senior Photographic Officer and Photographic Officer in the Ministry of Defense are included.
Apart from this, recruitment will also be done on many other posts including Civilian Assistant Security Officer, Store Officer (Civilian), Specialist Grade-III and Assistant Professor in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare. Educational qualification, experience and age limit have been fixed differently for different posts. Therefore, before applying, candidates must check the eligibility for the concerned post.
