Ravi Shastri said, “He should have got a chance in Ireland. It was a small ground and Vaibhav would have taken the ball to the roof of the ground. He should have played there. I don’t know if he will get a chance here (England). The team management may not give him a chance here, but Vaibhav should debut as soon as possible. He has beaten everyone in the IPL, no bowler has escaped him.”
Ravi Shastri further said that Vaibhav Suryavanshi can prove to be the X-factor for Team India because he makes such a stormy start, which will also provide relief to the middle order batsmen and the team will be able to score big scores.
