Now the film has badly defeated Shahid Kapoor’s ‘Cocktail 2’. According to Sacknilk, ‘Cocktail 2’ had collected Rs 88.68 crore in 14 days. Whereas ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ has done a business of Rs 89.68 crore in just 7 days.

Day wise collection of ‘Welcome to the Jungle’
The film had earned Rs 3.75 crore from paid previews. The film did a business of Rs 15.25 crore on the first day. The film earned Rs 20 crore on the second day. On the third day the film did a business of Rs 24.75 crore. On the fourth day the film earned Rs 8.50 crores and on the fifth day the film collected Rs 9.25 crores. The film earned Rs 6.15 crore on the sixth day.
Whereas Cocktail had opened with Rs 13.50 crores. The film had collected Rs 70.50 crore in the first week. In the second week the film did a business of Rs 18.18 crore. Stars like Shahid Kapoor, Kriti Sanon and Rashmika Mandanna were seen in the film. The film was made by Homi Adajania. The chemistry of Shahid-Kriti and Rashmika was liked in this film.
