If you have experience in teaching Physics, Chemistry, Maths or Biology and want to teach students for competitive exams like JEE or NEET, then this is a golden opportunity for you. Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has invited applications from qualified and experienced teachers for its free JEE-NEET coaching programme. Through this recruitment, such teachers will be selected who can provide better preparation to the economically weaker students for competitive examinations. Interested candidates can apply till 10th July 2026 till 5 pm.
This initiative of Bihar Board has been started for those students who are good in studies, but due to financial constraints are not able to afford expensive coaching. Such students will be provided completely free coaching by the state government for the preparation of engineering and medical entrance examinations. This coaching will be non-residential and will be conducted in 10 different government schools of Bihar.
Teachers of these subjects will be recruited
Under this recruitment drive, teachers of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology subjects will be selected. The board has made it clear that preference will be given to those candidates who already have experience of teaching JEE and NEET level students. Its objective is to provide better quality education to the students, so that they can perform better in national level competitive examinations.
Who can apply?
Candidates applying should have B.Sc., M.Sc. or M.Tech. degree in the relevant subject. Not only educational qualification but also experience in teaching the subject will play an important role in the selection process. If a candidate has experience in getting coaching for JEE or NEET, he/she will be given preference.

Interested candidates can submit their application online in the prescribed format. Apart from this, the facility to send applications and necessary documents through email has also been provided. The last date for submission of applications has been fixed as July 10, 2026, at 5 pm. The board has advised the candidates not to wait for the last minute, so that they do not face any problem in case of technical problem on the website.

When and where will the interview take place?
After scrutiny of applications, eligible candidates will be called for interview. Interview will be held in Patna on 12th July 2026 from 10 am. Teachers who are successful in the interview will get a chance to teach in various coaching centers of the state.

Through free coaching, they will get the opportunity to prepare for quality exams like JEE and NEET.
