Recruitment for 150 SI posts in Bihar Police, apply this way

Under this recruitment drive, a total of 150 posts will be recruited. A total of 150 posts have been divided into different reserved and unreserved categories. Candidates can read the official notification for more information about the seats.

Candidates applying for this recruitment must have a graduation degree from a recognized university. Final year students will not be eligible to apply.

To apply, the minimum age of the candidate should be 20 years. The maximum age limit has been set differently for different categories. Candidates of reserved category will also get relaxation in age limit as per government rules.

The application fee has also been fixed according to the category. Rs 700 has been fixed for General, OBC, EWS and candidates from outside the state, while Rs 400 has been fixed for SC, ST and all women candidates of Bihar.

For this recruitment, candidates will have to go through four stages. First of all there will be preliminary examination. Candidates who are successful in this will have to appear in the main examination. After this, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be conducted, in which there will be tests like running, long jump, high jump and shot put.
