The ongoing legal dispute regarding the film ‘Hera Pheri 3’ has now taken a new turn. Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar’s production company Cape of Good Films LLP has issued a public notice claiming that all the rights related to the film are with them alone.

Akshay Kumar’s fan club has shared the screenshot of this public notice on social media. This notice has been issued not only for the common people, but also for all the people and organizations associated with the film industry, such as film releasing companies, cinema halls, OTT and streaming platforms, TV channels, digital platforms, AIDS companies.
The notice states that Cape of Good Films LLP has all the rights to produce, release and market ‘Hera Pheri 3’. The company claims that all the rights related to the film are safe with it.

Appeal regarding the film
In the notice, the company has appealed to all the people and parties associated with the film industry to respect its rights on ‘Hera Pheri 3’. It has also been warned that without the written permission of the company, if any person or organization enters into any agreement or negotiation with any third party claiming to have the rights of the film, then it will be solely responsible for the same.

It is also said in the notice that if anyone does so despite this warning, then Cape of Good Films LLP reserves the right to take legal action against him.
The controversy regarding ‘Hera Pheri 3’ is continuously increasing. Recently, director Priyadarshan had announced in a conversation with Mid Day that he will no longer direct this film. Priyadarshan claimed that Firoz Nadiadwala had told Akshay Kumar not to make ‘Hera Pheri 3’ with him. He also said that if he had directed this film, he could have turned it into India’s biggest film franchise. According to Priyadarshan, Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal themselves had requested him to make the film.

About ‘Hera Pheri 3’
The famous trio of Akshay Kumar, Sunil Shetty and Paresh Rawal were going to be seen together once again in ‘Hera Pheri 3’, while Priyadarshan was going to direct the film. But this project got stuck in many difficulties. Paresh Rawal left the film for some time in May 2025, although later he became a part of it again. Since then the film has been continuously surrounded by legal controversies.
