Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal got divorced from Dhanashree Verma in March 2025. Both of them got married in December 2020, but after some time their relationship started turning sour. The news of their relationship deteriorating first came into limelight when in the year 2022, Dhanashree had removed the surname ‘Chahal’ from her social media profile.
Both were living separately for a long time and finally on March 20, 2025, Bandra Family Court had approved the divorce petition of both of them. Now an old statement of Dhanashree Verma is going viral, in which she had accused Chahal and said that she had caught Chahal in the second month of their marriage.

Actually Dhansahre Verma was participating in a reality show ‘Rise and Fall’. In the same show, Dhanashree had told that she had realized in the first year itself that her marriage with Chahal would not last long. Dhanashree told that she had caught Chahal in the second month of their marriage.
Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree Verma dated each other for about 6-7 months before getting married in December 2020. Dhanashree admitted that it hurts a lot when relationships break, but she will respect Chahal in future too.

How did love happen?
The relationship between Dhanashree Verma and Yuzvendra Chahal started during the time of Covid-19. Chahal met Dhanashree through her online dance class. Friendship, then love and got married the same year, but their relationship ended after just 4 years.
