AAI Customer Satisfaction Survey: The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released a customer satisfaction survey regarding the facilities and services provided to passengers at the country’s airports. In the survey conducted by AAI between January-June 2026, feedback was taken from passengers regarding the facilities and services of the airport. 60 airports of the country were included in this survey.
In which Khajuraho and Aurangabad airports have jointly secured the first position. At the same time, Prayagraj Airport has also performed brilliantly and made its place among the top 10 airports of the country for the first time.
Khajuraho and Aurangabad airports remain number-1
According to the AAI survey, Khajuraho and Aurangabad airports achieved the highest scores. Both airports got 4.98 points out of 5 and jointly became the number-1 airport in the country. The airport says that its continuous efforts to provide better facilities to passengers, maintain cleanliness and improve the quality of service have been reflected in this ranking.
