Bharat Bhushan was drowned in debt

This house was first bought by Celebrity Bharat Bhushan, who was a star in the early 1950s. Bharat Bhushan gave hit films like Baiju Bawra, Mirza Ghalib, Gateway of India and Barsaat Ki Raat. After which he became a competitor of superstars like Raj Kapoor and Dilip Kumar. A few years after staying in this bungalow, Bharat Bhushan’s career started drowning. His films started flopping. By the end of the 50s, Bharat Bhushan was submerged in debt and his stardom was over. He sold the bungalow and it was broken. After which it came to be called cursed.

Rajendra Kumar bought a bungalow

After selling the house after Bharat Bhushan, Rajendra Kumar came to know about this ghost bungalow located on Carter Road. Given that they were meeting cheaply at such a place. Rajendra Kumar bought it and named it after his daughter Dimple. Rajendra Kumar was advised by his friend Manoj Kumar to get the puja done. After that he got the puja done. Like Bharat Bhushan, Rajendra Kumar’s career also went on peak for some time. But after that he fell so that he drowned in debt.

Rajesh Khanna was also left alone

After Rajendra Kumar, Rajesh Khanna bought this house in the 70s. Rajesh Khanna was on his career peak at that time. He had become a superstar. At that time it seemed that no one could stand in front of Rajesh Khanna. But it was not so, after some time Amitabh Bachchan’s popularity increased and he left Rajesh Khanna behind. After this, ups and downs in Rajesh Khanna’s personal life also started. Dimple Kapadia started living separately from Rajesh Khanna with her daughters. Rajesh Khanna was left alone in that house. However, he remained in blessings till his last breath.
