  • Important medicines: Due to sudden change in weather, people suffer from problems like cold, cough or fever. In such a situation, if you keep the medicines you need with you, it will be better for you.
  • Water Bottle: It is important to have a water bottle with you during the journey, so that in case of any need, you do not face any kind of problem. Therefore, keep a water bottle with you.
  • Handkerchiefs and Tissues: Handkerchiefs and tissues are very useful if you get wet in rain water or to clean your hands and mouth.

  • Wear the right shoes: During the rainy season, your feet suddenly slip due to the platforms and stairs being wet. In such a situation, it is important that you use rubber sole or waterproof shoes with good grip, so that you can avoid slipping from the platform or stairs.
  • Protect items from water: You should keep your mobile, laptop, charger and important documents in a waterproof bag or zip pouch so that they do not get damaged due to rain.
  • Check Train Live Status: Often, due to heavy rains, timings of trains are changed. In such a situation, it is important that you check the live status of the train before leaving your home.
  • Do not stand at the train door: During rain, train floors can become wet and the steps slippery. Therefore, avoid standing near the train gate during the journey, so that any kind of accident can be avoided.
