The police has been given all the information about this mail. Now the search for the person sending the mail is going on.
Police searching for a threatener
Mumbai’s cyber team is trying to find out the person who sent the threat through IP address. The Mumbai Police is on high alert until it is detected. All the cases of threats have come out so far, they have all turned out to be fake. However, the police do not make the mistake of taking any such threat lightly. The police is alert until the accused sender is detected.
Mumbai Police has received such a threat earlier too
Earlier in the beginning of May, a call was received to the Mumbai Police, in which such a blast was threatened. The accused caller said that a bomb is placed in a bag in a flat in Andheri East. After this call, there was a stir in the police department. Taking the matter seriously, the police investigated and found out that the call was false. The accused was mentally unwell. Therefore, the police did not take action to arrest.
At the same time, when the Mumbai Police received such a call in April, the accused told himself to be associated with underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. He had said that the whole of Mumbai will be bombed. In the investigation, the police also found this threat to fake and the accused was caught.
