Why are acne?

Many reasons have been revealed in a research on adults on acne. The first reason among them is hormonal change. Hormonal changes in women are the main cause of acne. The hormonal disabilities caused by phases like periods, pregnancy and menopause increases the production of oil (sebum) in the skin, which closes holes and pimples emerge. Tension in modern lifestyle is also a big reason for acne. According to a study published in prevention magazine, stress increases the level of cortisol hormone in the body, which promotes inflammation and oil production in the skin. At the age of 30, the level of tension is on top due to career, family and financial responsibilities, which makes acne worse. If your parents have also had a problem of acne, then children increase the possibility of acne. Apart from this, dairy products like milk, cheese and high glycemic index such as sugar, pastries and chocolate can also increase acne. At the same time, due to the use of cosmetic in India, there has been talk of increasing acne.
