Actually, Vasanti Oka, mother of Justice Oka, was admitted to a hospital. He breathed his last in the hospital itself. Justice Oka informed this to Chief Justice BR Gawai and then left for Mumbai from Delhi. He attended the mother’s funeral. After this, he returned to Delhi in a few hours. Justice Oka had to pronounce some important decisions on Thursday, which he deferred for Friday. Now they will pronounce decisions on the last day of their work.
