Xiaomi is preparing to launch Redmi Pad 2 in India soon, which will be an upgrade version of Redmi Pad, who came three years ago. The company has shared its teaser, which mentions the date of June 5 and the tagline ‘Built for More’. This line indicates that this time there is going to be a big display and battery in the tablet. The teaser image has also been confirmed that the tablet will get stylus support, which can make it more useful for productivity and design. Isu has already been listed in Europe, where its price and some main specifications are also revealed.

Redmi has teased its Redmi Pad 2 in India and Global Market. The teaser indicates that the tablet is going to come with large displays and batteries. Another teaser has also shown that the tablet will be lightweight and compact, that is, it can be easily carried compared to the laptop. It is also said to be better for Multimedia Experiences.

The global teaser has also revealed that Redmi Pad 2 will be launched in Mint Green and Gray color, while the Wi-Fi variants will also include an extra vioolet color. The device will also get an 8MP rear camera, 3.5mm headphone jack and 4G connectivity.

According to Europe’s listing, Redmi Pad 2 will have an 11-inch 2.5k 90Hz display, with peak brightness to 600 nits. It is being given MediaTek Helio G100 Ultra processor, 5MP front camera and 9,000mAh battery, which will support 18W charging. The device will also have quad speakers, which may further improve its audio output.

Its price has also been revealed in Europe, in which the Wi-Fi variant (4GB+128GB) is priced at 199 Euro (about Rs 19,400) and 4G variants (8GB+256GB) priced as 299 euros (about Rs 22,300). Redmi Pad 2 will be sold on Amazon.in, Flipkart, Mi.com and offline stores after launching in India. Information about its correct price and launch offers in India will be revealed on June 5.
