If a candidate feels that any answer in the answer is wrong, then he can register an objection. For this, time has been given till 11:50 pm on 5 June. To object to each question, you have to pay a fee of Rs 200. For the convenience of the candidates, the NTA has sent a scan copy of the OMR answer sheet via email, so that they can also check their given answers.
If a student wants to challenge in his recorded response sheet too, then there will be a payment of Rs 200 per question there too. The objections sent by the students will investigate a team of subject experts. The final answer will be prepared only on the advice of these experts. After this, the final result of NEET will be released on the basis of this final answer.
This time, along with the answer, OMR sheets and recorded response have also been released, so that candidates can match their answers and answer comfortably.
NEET gets admission in many courses
Medical colleges across the country through NEET have admission in courses like MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, BUMS. Apart from this, the marks of this exam are also used for admission to B.Sc Nursing Course at Armed Forces Medical Hospital under Military Nursing Service (MNS).
Examination was held on 4 May
The NEET UG 2025 Exam was held on 4 May 2025 across the country. This exam was held in the same shift from 2 pm to 5 pm. A total of 180 questions were asked in this and the paper was of 720 marks. There are 4 marks on every correct answer, while there is a negative marking of 1 digit on the wrong answer. This year 22.79 lakh students applied for the examination, out of which 20.80 lakh candidates actually appeared in the examination.
