The government says that the drone has completely changed the way of war and that is why this help is considered very important. Along with this, Britain is also providing military assistance to Ukraine. According to the report, this year the UK will spend 247 million pounds on training of Ukrainian soldiers.
Why did Britain take this decision?
The decision came when Britain has recently approved an independent “Strategic Defense Review”, which has emphasized the need for a more influential army equipped with modern techniques, especially in view of possible threats like Russia. After the completion of three years of Russia’s attack on Ukraine, the UK wants to further strengthen its strategy by learning from the experiences gained.

According to a report by Reuters, this drone package costs around 350 million pounds (about 473 million dollars) and is part of a total of 4.5 billion pounds of military assistance declared for Ukraine.
Britain will spend money on training of Ukrainian soldiers
UK Defense Minister John Heli made the announcement before the UKRIENE Defense Contact Group meeting of 50 countries being held in Brussels, which has been held in collaboration with Germany. The report has revealed that Britain has sent 1.4 lakh cannon shells to Ukraine from January 2025 and will spend 247 million pounds on training of Ukrainian soldiers this year.
