Now the news has come that the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has not yet given full money to the employees for IPL 2025. Even some payments are pending since January. According to the new policy, the allowance of Rs 10,000 has been fixed per day.
According to the news agency PTI, the board had changed the policy regarding daily allowance in all departments. The board has not paid the outstanding amount since January, which will be paid according to the new policy. According to the old policy, employees were given Rs 15,000 per day for small journey. The same policy was applied for IPL, WPL and ICC tournaments. Now according to the new policy, 10 thousand rupees will be given for daily travel.
A BCCI source quoted PTI as saying that after cutting the TDS, the employees had received Rs 6,500 for a day. The BCCI has not paid the dues to its finance, operations and media departments for the WPL and IPL 2025 season. The IPL 2025 tournament lasted for about 70 days, which can be said that BCCI has stopped about 7 lakh rupees of its employees.
How much money for India-England series?
Employees will be paid 300 US dollars for foreign tour, which is equivalent to about Rs 25,875 in Indian currency. This policy will be implemented from the Indo-England series. On the other hand, officers in high positions like Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President and Co-Secretary get $ 1,000, or about 86,250 rupees for a day. Big officers get 40,000 rupees per day for a meeting outside India and Rs 30,000 per day for domestic meeting.
