UP Stamp Department: News The Uttar Pradesh government has shown seriousness about the transfer of all the registers in the stamp and registration department. On the instructions of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the recently released transfer list in the department has been immediately banned and orders have been given to investigate the entire matter. The transfer of 114 personnel has been stopped.
Stamp and Registration Minister Ravindra Jaiswal himself came in front of the press and told that heavy irregularities have been found in this transfer list. He said that some employees were made sub -registers who are only 12th pass, while for appointment to this post, experience, qualification and clear criteria are fixed.
What did the minister say?
Ravindra Jaiswal said, “Many such names came out in this transfer list which were completely unqualified. Surprisingly, the officials who are pending corruption complaints were also promoted and sent to big districts. This made the whole system under question.”
He said that in the preliminary investigation, there is a smell of corruption in this entire transfer case. Therefore, taking cognizance of this, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has ordered to postpone the list and has also directed to take strict action against the culprits.
Responsible officers will come under investigation
According to the government, sub -registrar is transferred by the recommendation of Mandalayukta (Commissioner) at the state level. In such a situation, if the rules have been ignored at this level, then it is not only a matter of departmental negligence but also a case of corruption.

Now a thorough investigation of the entire episode will be conducted and whatever officers or employees will be found guilty in this process, strict departmental and legal action will be taken against them.
