Heart warnings: Diseases related to heart have become the biggest cause of death of people in the whole world today. 9. Changing skin color
If the color of your skin starts appearing blue or purple without cold, then it can be a sign of not reaching the right way in the body. This happens when blood circulation slows down or stops, which can be the cause of serious problems like heart weakness or interruption.
Heart diseases often begin with small symptoms, which we usually ignore. But if we identify these initial signs on time and get a doctor checked, then the big problem of the heart can be avoided.
