Significance of Yogini Ekadashi
- It is described in the Puranas that by observing a fast on Yogini Ekadashi, a person gets a virtue equal to providing food to 88 thousand Brahmins. It shows how big and effective the fruit of this fast is.
What to do: (kya kare)
- On Yogini Ekadashi, offer Chunari with water in Tulsi, it is said that it gives blessings of Maa Lakshmi.
- On this day, give some of the grain, money, clothes etc. to the Brahmin.
